Le Grande Bali

I don’t get the negative reviews on this place. I stayed w my partner for 9 days and it was incredible. Balinese people are super nice and it’s no exception for the people in this hotel. Everything was extremely clean every day, complimentary water bottle daily, really great wifi and warm water. The swimming pool is great, there’s a pool table as well and ping pong and a gym that we used almost every day. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I arrived because I was expecting worse after reading the comments. We found everything in a good state and nothing smelled badly (like some reviews on the toilet). It’s great value for money specially for the prices you have in Uluwatu. And of course it’s a bit far from the center but you know that when you book this hotel. It’s impossible to be in such a big hotel with so many amenities next to a golf course and be in the center of the city and near everything. You can rent a moto in the hotel which have a decent price or just get a grab/taxi.

There is a definite faded grandeur feel to this hotel however it is clean, very comfortable and the staff are friendly polite and attentive. It represents excellent value for money in a quiet and pretty location and is a good escape from some of the hustle and bustle elsewhere in Bali. Don’t expect 5 star deluxe at this price but it has the facilities, acceptable food options although slightly limited and good staff that would go out of their way to help.

I booked my stay at Le Grande through Booking.com, and unfortunately, the customer service on Booking did not reply to any of my messages prior to my arrival (and they still didn’t do it), which left me feeling frustrated when I got to the hotel. However, the incredible team at the reception completely turned things around. They were so kind, professional, and efficient, handling the situation in the best possible way and ensuring I felt welcomed and valued. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I want to especially thank the amazing reception team, the bellboys, and the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and care truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you, Le Grande, for an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Wonderful Family Stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua We had an amazing family stay at the Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The resort is beautiful, with spacious rooms, fantastic pools, and a great beachfront location. The kids loved the kids' club and activities, while the food and service were exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast is amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Yoni, the receptionist was incredible and really helpful. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Our breakfasts were amazing. Both pool areas were beautiful except the one outside our room, little pool, didn’t have enough lounges. Our room was great and always cleaned. Staff were always friendly with smiles to greet you everyday.
