Le Grande Bali

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Le Grande Bali in Uluwatu. Traveling with our 2-year-old son, we found the suite to be incredibly spacious with more than enough storage—ideal for a young family. The value for money here was outstanding. Location-wise, it was super convenient. All the great cafes and restaurants around Uluwatu were easily reachable by scooter or a quick taxi ride. The hotel also offered ample parking for both cars and scooters, which made things even easier. One evening, our little one fell ill and unfortunately got sick on the bedding. Within just 10 minutes of calling, housekeeping had replaced everything without fuss—such a relief and a testament to their incredible service. Every staff member we came across was friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room service menu was another big win, especially when dealing with toddler mealtimes. It was extensive, with plenty of options that made staying in just as enjoyable as going out. The hotel has two family-friendly pools, and we never had to fight for a sunbed or beanbag—which is rare! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Uluwatu.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of Le Grande Hotel, from the attentive staff to the excellent facilities, rooms, and bathrooms. I travelled with my parents (in their 60s), my wife, and our 5-year-old daughter, and we stayed in a double-room suite. Our experience was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms spotless, and everything exceeded our expectations. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s well-equipped (though compact) gym, and the pool was beautifully maintained. The 7–10 am breakfast buffet was a huge plus for us as a family, and it was perfect for me as a surfer—I could head out for an early morning surf and return to enjoy a hearty breakfast. This hotel truly stands out in terms of value, location, and convenience. It was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend it!

There is a definite faded grandeur feel to this hotel however it is clean, very comfortable and the staff are friendly polite and attentive. It represents excellent value for money in a quiet and pretty location and is a good escape from some of the hustle and bustle elsewhere in Bali. Don’t expect 5 star deluxe at this price but it has the facilities, acceptable food options although slightly limited and good staff that would go out of their way to help.

I booked my stay at Le Grande through Booking.com, and unfortunately, the customer service on Booking did not reply to any of my messages prior to my arrival (and they still didn’t do it), which left me feeling frustrated when I got to the hotel. However, the incredible team at the reception completely turned things around. They were so kind, professional, and efficient, handling the situation in the best possible way and ensuring I felt welcomed and valued. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I want to especially thank the amazing reception team, the bellboys, and the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and care truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you, Le Grande, for an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

I really enjoyed the stay here. Great location for what I required. You can use crome cast to netflix Prime, etc. So wifi was really good. There were 2 pools to choose from. Meals were reasonably priced and yum. Breaky was also good. There are a few rooms to choose from. I found the staff really good and helpful. Overall a great place to stay
